Patrick T. Hayes
Pat has been with the firm since 1979. A graduate of University of Illinois and Gonzaga University School of Law, Pat is
licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He was the President of the New Hampshire Bar Association from 1996-1997.
He served on the Lebanon City Council for a number of years, including serving as the City's Mayor for the year 2006. Pat
and his wife, Ann, have four children and live in Lebanon.

Kevin F. Carr
Kevin graduated from St. Anselm College and Vermont Law School and was admitted to practice law in 1996. He began working
at Baker & Hayes in 1998. He is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He serves on the Sutton, New Hampshire
Zoning Board. Kevin lives in Sutton with his wife and four children.
